Q: What’s included in my popup package?

Our packages include:

  • A professional officiant who will help you write your vows, completely customized to your wishes, tell your story during the ceremony, and make sure all the forms are in order for your marriage to be official!

  • A professional photographer to capture every moment, start to finish, as well as a digital gallery of all your photos, with printing rights.

  • A single-tier cake to keep for yourselves or share with your guests, in a flavor of your choice! Mini cupcakes and light refreshments (crackers, cheese, veggies) and sparkling drinks are also provided for your guests.

  • A bouquet and a boutonniere for each couple to take home, as well as stunning floral installations and specialty decor provided by our favorite local vendors

  • A unique warehouse studio venue in downtown Dayton, filled with natural light and industrial backdrops.

  • A timeline for all the events of the day, sent out 2 weeks before the wedding.

  • The experienced GCPWC team will assist your guests to the correct location, coordinate all vendors and make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible, taking all the stress off your shoulders!

Q: Do I show up dressed and ready or can I get ready at the venue?

We ask that our couples show up dressed, made up and ready to go! We are not able to provide getting ready areas in order to maintain the order, timeliness and flow of the day.

Q: Is alcohol provided/permitted?

No, we do not provide alcohol nor permit it to be brought in for our events. This is to ensure the safety of our guests and prevent any liability issues that may arise from the consumption of alcohol on the premises.

Q: Is the maximum guest limit flexible?

We have a hard limit of 32 guests (including the couple). This is due to the fire code restrictions and safety needs of the building we operate in and we cannot accommodate more people.

Q: Can I have a bridal party?

Yes! Due to the nature of these events, we do recommend you limit your bridal party to 3 members per side.

Q: Is hair and makeup included?

We do not offer hair and makeup services at this time, but are more than happy to recommend professionals in the area.

Q: Can I choose the music?

Yes! When you register for your spot you will receive a questionnaire to fill out which will contain a place to indicate your preferred song choices for your processional, recessional, and first dance.

Q: Can I pick the cake flavor?

Yes! When you register for your spot you will receive a questionnaire to fill out which will contain a list and a spot to indicate your preferred flavor.

Q: Are children allowed? Do they count toward the total guest limit?

Yes, children are allowed to attend! They do count towards your guest count limit and must be carefully looked after during the event.

Q: Can I bring in my own officiant?

Yes! However doing so does not change the overall package price or structure of the day, and releases us from any liability should your chosen officiant fail to properly file paperwork.

Q: Are pets permitted at the wedding?

We ask that pets please be left at home during your popup.

Q: Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Our retainer fee is non-refundable. It guarantees your spot in the event chosen and though you may choose to cancel your spot, any retainer funds paid are non-refundable.

Q: Why does the pricing change from event to event?

We provide thousands of dollars in goods and services for each wedding we do. In order to provide the best service we can, and maintain the high standard of work we provide, our pricing may increase or fluctuate year to year. This is to ensure that all of our beloved vendors and staff are paid appropriately and according to their professional services! The pricing you see on our Upcoming Events page is accurate for the current year or events listed.
